Can anyone please help me

Access point AP61 works without WLAN controller or WLAN Controller is mandatory??

Hello Waqas,

The Access Point AP61 is a thin access point and needs a WLAN controller to function. So I'm afraid you cann't use it in a stand alone mode.
The AP however doesn't need to be directly connected to the WLAN Controller. It can connect by layer 2, layer 3 and I believe it can even build a ipsec tunnel to the WLAN controller.
