call result is stale for an outbound campaign??

hi all,
i've istalled the outbound solution of alcatel (preview mode), everything went right during the installation, but unfortunately when the agentswork with the ccagent software the files in many cases is classified as stale in the call_result field, many of the data typed by the agent is not validated;
previously i had an other problem, when the operator hangs off the file disapperas immediatly or after 10'', this issue was resolved by modifing the pilote refresh time, but still i've got the stale problem, and i think thats it's due to the end of communication either from the agent or the client. In this case only few seconds are left for the agent to complete filling the fields and validating the file otherways the file is classified as stale in call result.
Would you please indicate me if there is a particular parameter to change for avoiding this problem.
