Hi every one!

Well, I find my self in trouble with a R7.10.052.007

I just set the voice parameters to SIP protocol, and restart OXO.
But, when it get ready, it was back to H323 again...

I tried a few times. Same results...

Well, a checked the sw keys, ok
checked the CPU-4 and exchange for another, the same...
I tried the R7.10.22, the same...
I tried the old R6, and it works
I checked another client with CPU-4 and R7.10.18, and it is working...
Now, I'm tring thr R7.10.18 on this CPU-4.

Some one had the same situation?

Thanks and happy new year

Hi

I never had this problem with R7. Try this way: change to SIP and when the OMC shows the message to reset, press cancel and you must reset from system miscellaneous --> system reset. I always do this way and I have a lot of oxo with SIP/R7.

Best regards.

Hi

I did a test with R7.10_052.007 and I didn't have problems to change for SIP. This isn't a bug , I think. Try LOLA tool to clean all the NAND/FLASH or HD and try to change from H323 to SIP. What hardware do you have?

Best regards.

Hi!

Well, I supposed to be bug because I tried at 2 differents CPU-4, twice with LOLA, but, no sucess...
May be it's another error.

I have just a CPU-4, with VoIP-4 and a SLI-16 at a medium rack.

I tried even to exchange the rack, no sucess again...

Hi

It's very strange this issue. Did you set the check box VOIP at the lola tool? It seems there isn't the voice files in the oxo.

Be sure I did it.

It's really funny...
...but it's solved with an older version.

Thanks!

Hello,

as far I can remember I have seen this issue with a beta OMC version. Try with latest OMC 711/52.1a maybe it is the same issue.

Regards,
Maurice

R710.052.007 is R7.1.1 and we must use OMC711, not OMC710. That's the problem.
