Hi Sameh

Is the auto attendat the system attendant?
You must have a problem with the number you receive from public operator. Normally, here in Brazil, we receive from operator the last four digits, in your example 9360, 9361, and 9362. Another problem you can have it is the different base between public numbering plan and principal numbering plan.
Do you have the customer database?

Best regards.

Hi Samesh,
you could use the OSC tool to trace the incoming call. That will show you how many digits you receice from the public operator.
