In my CCD I have recorded voice guides through a 4035 set.
Now let's say that I want background music on these recordable voice guides.
The first solution is when recording the voice guide you put a cd on a computer and you open your speakers.
The second is the studio recording.
Can alcatel audio station create the studio recording file as a recordable voice guide file ??????
There is a cost for AAS which is a liitle expensive. So I have to be sure before I buy it.

You cannot create with AAS recordable voice guide (assigned sub-message). But you can insert with AAS usual wav file in progect like voice gudes f.e. No 71 and use this VG for background music or like music on hold.

OK. So if AAS is not for my case, is there any other way to do it ????

If you want background accross message use a wav editor like goldwave, or if you want a message and musci why dont you use a chained VG, but dont forget music must be on a Z port.

Hi,
I have made a tool that runs under windows, that converts a wave file into a file that can be directly downloaded into the oxe. With this tool, you do not have all the AAS facilities, but with it, you do not need to go into the client in order to take the files, go to AAS, and then go back to the client in order to put the voice guides working.
If you want, i can send you a trial version of my application.

The only thing I need is to be able to record a voice guide with a specific backgroud music.l
I need this just to make voice guide which will be an advertisment of a site and it will be assigned on a waiting queue

I'll record a wav and with a audio tool insert the background music.
Then with AAS load the guide into the OXE, maybe if you don't want to buy the complete tool for just a guide I can convert your wav to msk and then you upload and configure it

Short version:
Project type: A4400T
Files have to be uploaded to /usr7/vg/pc
Filenames have to be changed to something like 999_name12 (.wav has to be removed)
999=voice guide number
name=free text (only small letters and numbers allowed, max. 8 letters)
