4019 gets hung

Just done an OXE installation (Rel 6.2, f3, 301-16-d ) in M2 cabinet and the 4019 sets just hang when the the user tries to open the padlock or during an external call. The set then has to unplugged and plugged back. This happens upto 3-4 times a day. Tried delete/recreate, change of port address and reseting the UAe 32 card and even a new cable from system to set location. The following incident is generated when this happens
