Hi,

On our system when a external caller reaches an internal number (via DISA) he hears music while the the telephone is ringing or busy (external callers also camp-on on our system) and after a defined time call diverted to operator with dyn. routing. We want it to send "called number is busy please call later" message and release the call if the called number is busy and doesn't have voicemail box. But maintain camp-on functionality within internal calls. Is it possible with OXO?

This is a very asked feature in OXO, until now it's not possible to give music for internal calls on hold, just externals.

Thanks for your respond. But the answer is not what I asked.
I don't want to give music for internal calls on-hold. I want to give busy signal or busy message (and release call) for external calls if the line is busy but give music if the line is free while the phone is ringing.
