Hi,

Does anyone knows how to know the contacts (calling number's) of the calls that were released by the caller on a CCD. On CCS we know how many calls were lost (abandons calls), but if i want to call them back i do not know were to find their contact. My system is OXE Release 6.2
Thanks

I guess that you can use something like a 4760 to track the calls and find those that abandoned.

Hi,
Not possible, since the external person can release the call during presentation guide or any other guide of my ccd matriz, and so, the call was already connected (not by one agent but by a guide). With call account it becomes impossible to know if the caller released the call when he was earing a voice guide or in conversation with a agent.

actually not necesarilly, the waiting guide is listen in the WQ, which is an object and is notified, also the pilots are traceable. The agent also, because if i abandon on his ringing set, my call was transfered there but no answered.

I remember i did a report with 4740 of this nature a year ago, hard but worked. Unfortunatelly i lost the matrix with a dead laptop. That is why i know you can do it.
