Hi,

I've configured an 4018ee to use a sip account, the registration is ok but every 5 minutes the phone reboot.
I can se these lines in the log.

Hi,

I'm having this problem also. The phone works fine (4018EE), for about 15 to 20 minutes. When I telnet to the phone, there are no errors, only a heartbeat once in a while. After 20 minutes, the phone disconnects, and the diplay say "Not registered". If I telnet again I can see:

it looks like Alex' phone is switching from SIP survivability mode to normal mode... maybe wrong config file? Doy you have the same lines Andi?

Hello all.
I'm new here and I'm having some troubles with my Alcatel Lucent 4018

I never used asterisk or IP Phones.
I'm trying to use reynoulds config file on HTTP server, cause I dont know how to config tftp server.

My phone try to downloads the config file, (he actually download) and then says "file not found" then "Reset... please wait".

Any tips so I can get more information on how to fix it?

Hello everyone, I have a strange problem with 4018EE phones registered on a Huawei U2980 PBX... What happens is that I'm able to register them on the system and calls between a 4018 and other phones (I have some Cisco and Huawei phones connected to the same PBX) are working fine. The problem shows when I try to call between 2 4018: the quality is really crappy and the wireshark trace shows lots of ICMP Destination Unreachable packets between the two phones. With the other phones the RTP flow is clean and the call quality is pretty good...
Any advice?
