hi, for operator please make sure you have a indivdual attentant call prefix, make sure it is numbers only i.e. no A-D digits.

I have set up a prefix "6" with a routing number so when I call from OXE to Xivo user ("666") it goes through Xivo trunk sip, so this is ok but I had should delete speed dials.i cant keep speed dials in OXE to display name cause with speed dial, i cant call from OXE to XIVO because it doesnt use prefix 6
so now when I call from XIVO to OXE, xivo user number is displayed ("666")...
And when I call from OXE to Xivo, it displayed the name of TG or ExtGW (Xivo).
How can I display the right user name in both case please?

hi all,
since my issue is related to this i wish to askk some info about maxptime.
in my oxe configuration almost all incoming calls are ok accept for some models of iphones. the sip trunk provider advices to remove or modify the maxptime of multiples of 20. right now the default is 30 as what i can see in the trace.
so my question is,, how can i do either one,, remove the time or modify it.

please advice.
thanks in advance....

Humm
these parameters are not by chance related to the compression type. what kind of compression is used?
i make a call to mobile from ua set and see what i get
v=0
o=OXE 1683714009 1683714009 IN IP4 10.235.96.130
s=abs
c=IN IP4 10.235.96.147
t=0 0
m=audio 32148 RTP/AVP 18 4 8 101
a=sendrecv
a=rtpmap:18 G729/8000
a=fmtp:18 annexb=no
a=ptime:20
a=maxptime:40
a=rtpmap:4 G723/8000
a=ptime:30
a=maxptime:30
a=rtpmap:8 PCMA/8000
a=ptime:20
a=maxptime:30
a=rtpmap:101 telephone-event/8000

those values ptime and maxptime are the same defined for compression framing
