The fact that you captured the traffic and is grabbled means the issue is not on the Recorder itself.
When you captured the traffic from OXE, which port(s) did you mirrored? I would mirror also the IPTouchs at the same time to try to see if it is not a network issue. You have QoS configured for them, right?

I did try to capture the traffic from the MSM's clear ports. I disconnected the IP Voice Logger from the MSM and used its IP address on my computer so that I could capture the traffic. The captured Wireshark trace was also garbled. Yes, I did port mirroring on IPTouch's ports but it is also garbled and yes, I have configured QoS for them. I have a pending eSR with Alcatel Support regarding this. They too are having a hard time resolving this issue.

Hi Cav,

So sorry for the very late reply. The issue was resolved when something was done/configured on the Verint side. All configurations on the OXE and Thales was done by the book. The OXE was connected to an IPC Unigy Server to provide Turret phones for the Bank's Treasury group (Trading floor). IPC's Voice Logger is Verint (OEM). The Engineer would not admit that he did something on their side. Hence, I cannot share details on how this setup worked.
