Re: Debug of DB connection on call qualification
Yes, I know...but again, in both cases were Oracle?
Are you 100% sure the tsnames.ora file was configured exactly the same?
Can you post also screenshot of the General tab of ORACLE_MCR to see which DBServer it is using?

Question 1. I have it working on MSSQL Databases. But, in this client that it's not working, i tried to use the same TABLE they have in Oracle, in a MSSQL server and the error is exactly the same. This means, at least i think, that the problem is in GCE itself. It does not work neither with Oracle or MSSQL.
Question 2. I have no tsname.ora in more than one place. Only in the place that does not work. But it does not work either with MSSQL, that does not use it.
Question 3. I've posted.
Thanks!

Damn...I don't know...would need to be connected to understand a little bit more...or do some tests

Re: Debug of DB connection on call qualification
Last thing to try is a restart of the URS...who knows,...that version you have installed is the first one of 8.1...so many bugs on it

Re: Debug of DB connection on call qualification
Unfortunately, no. I've rebooted the entire server several times (it's not a 24x7 callcenter).
I'm afraid to upgrade indeed. Last time i was upgrading from 1.0 to 1.1, I lost everything and had to reconfigure everything.
