If no release 12 installed yet, Where can you get the bios file from (bsp_cpu7.hex)? File path?

Install latest R11.2.2 version and reboot the CPU.
Then restart to install R12 from scratch.
The CPU7-2 bios with 512 mb ram support is included in the latest patches of R11.2.2 for example.
PS: you need 512 MB RAM
