Yes. I see you have 2 licenses for my ic mobile clients ans already 2 activated as a user. So you can't make a 3rd to test. You need to erase one and then you can add this again

This can happen because the cpu is not refreshing. You can resolve this by a warm reset of the oxo or first try to logon via omc and do a full download. from the database inside the cpu. Then you should see the difference and you can make a new myic user be sure to activate the nomadic mode so the system will make a virtual device with voicemail for nomadic use with the myic app on the mobile after all this you can make a sip companion a link it to the myic user

Even so. Did you try again to add a myic user? And was it successfully?

No problem. You only need to indicate My IC mobile+num +
Nome. That's all. All others things you do in the subscriber tabs itself

I don't understand Mr. Swinnen
Can you be more exhaustive?
What is the rigth path to add the new MyIC and the new SIP companion?
If you see my first post i've followed the procedure that the guide tells to do but i have the NOMADIC error.
How can I avoid the Nomadic problem?

Thanks in advance

Luca.

Good Afternoon Mr Swinnen

After 1 Month of tests, we had the possiblity to install the OMC version 10.1.23.1

Now in the details section of the list of telephone the button Serv Centr (in italian) is activated and if you click on it the Nomadic Mode flag Appear

It is so incredible what Alcatel do !

This is a real nonsense and it is what you never expect from a brand like this

Thank for all your support , you were right from the begin

OXO can make it work only from the first days of September 2015.
