I have another solution :

I opened a SR, the support told me to disable wifi and bluetooth card.
It work.

For explication : l2 means an issue on the computer
l3 network issue

Solution
- Close OmniPCX
- Rename/delete file c:\ProgramData\AL-Enterprise\4059EE\Features\Callhandling\OXE\abcacom.dat
- Restart the computer
