Hi pax
thanks for your answer
I've an OXO not an OXE , anyway I tried to change the calling number in lync to have 229 instead of sip:+41215600229:ext=429@isl.ch
but it's not working
Cheers

OXO and LYNC 2013
Re: OXO and LYNC 2013
Ok, sorry about this mismatch in my reading of this "one" letter! In this case I don´t know anything more what you can do. Good luck with your troubleshooting.

Re: OXO and LYNC 2013
Hi Pax
As far as I hear OXE and OXO are really different
but thank you anyway for your help
In fact I believe that I'm really near because everything is working except the external numbers
thing is I don't really know what to send to my oxo and what to setup in it
I attached a zip file with screenshots and traces , can someone have a look at it and tell me if something looks strange ?
help would be appreciated
When I send 00033607599239 from lync it goes thru asterisk
when can see that the oxo receive the 00033607599239
but after I've that decline message
I tried to play with the sip public numbering but which is set to default
but if I replace the + by 0 then I have a 404 message
so my questions are:
am I sending the right number to the oxo 0 to go out then the international number 0033607599239 so 00033607599239
is my internal numbering plan correct ? especially the main trunk ?
is my ARS table correct ?
what should o put in the SIP public numbering ?
what can be the other settings I missed?
Cheers

Hi besacier,
What did you do? I am having the same issue. I am able to call my alcatel extensions from lync but am not able to call external numbers. What did you change?
