Hi Cav,
I did manage to capture voice recording on the IP Voice Logger and Port Mirroring on the switch using Wireshark but the voice is still garbled. FYI.

Yes. On both IP Voice Logger and Port Mirroring. I'm using IP Touch phones for recording.

If the voice is clear regarding IP touch terminal (as you described before), the problem could be related to the Thales MSM equipment connected to voice logger...

Please draw me a "picture". i doesn't know the verint voice logger. how does it work? is the dr-link in use or are the switchports of the ip-phone directly mirrored to the switchport of the verint voice logger?

We use IP DR-LINK to record the IP Phones. The Verint IP Voice Logger is connected to MSM's clear ports. You will not be able to record the IP Phone conversation using Passive recording because the network is encrypted.

Accordingly it has to work as it would be a Nice system. Please check in the OXE: appropriate sw key; the proper configuration for logger.

I agree Aquarius. But even ALU Support is in the dark as far as this issue is concerned.

Hm. Please try to mirror the traffic of the MSM box connected to the logger on the unscrambled port. If the voice is clear here there is a problem with the logger.
