How would you do that Murray? MLA is not an extension.

actually I defined PMLA as delay routing and modified set routing no when she presses the PML after 3 sec if dial another extension the extension rings but if she dose not take action seize the trunk.but I did not try on SMLA I will try it .

Maybe with virtual extensions. Is that what you are saying Murray?

correct, I mean set up a ua virtual with the PMLA (of the virtual's number) and off hook the virtual.
as I said just a thought.

as I said I tried with delay off-hook (hotline) on PMLA and it works but I will try it on SMLA tomorrow.
