Hi. tot3nkopf is right, in ISDN you get RAI in two cases: bad cables or bad CRC configuration. However I believe is not the case here.
I will try to do some test in my lab. Regards.

I tested in lab and can not simulate your problem. I am very sure I can be related with hardware problem: check board traps, impedances, cables, connectors. Regards.

Napo, I'm concerned about your posts, it is obvious you don't have training in OXE at all and you are getting your hands on one, I see also you are trying to learn with a VMWare, but trust me, the best is to go and get an official training at AL University. Many things are involved in order to provide a good support and accurate answers to customers and solve problems on good time.
Please take it into account, we are a support forum but there will be a point were we will be not able to help you.

You got me completely wrong, you are free and welcome to ask on this forum, but the different questions you ask concerns me, not on a forum aspect but on a professional view. It is obvious you are trying to learn here, which is amazing, but this kind of learning has a limit, not on our side or lack of willing to help, but on how effective and good it will be for your customers. Say tomorrow you have an issue at customer site, don't know, a shelf loses power or begins to reboot, how will you help your customer? "I'll post and let you know? Guys I have a problem...(2 days later) go and get traces....(how do you get those traces)...." or "let me get the traces and diagnose the system. We may need to replace board A, B and C because...", which do you think will be better in time response and quality? That is wha I'm trying to point, the fact that a training is always needed and more with a system so powerfull and complex as OXE. Learning on this way may be a simple start but if you are going to provide support to an OXE system you will definitively will need some ALU training in order to improve your knowledge and skills on this little baby.
Regards
