I should add for clarity, we've approx 500 branches nationwide and about 90% are on ISDN2 lines.
This fault can and does affect any of them but it is intermittent, we''ll generally get around 10 complaints a day maybe a few more.

It's not in particular branches or certain regions of the UK or even branches on one particular server.
