What is the release of the pabx?
Perhaps it's a problem with the release.

Did you try to add the key from MGR to see if it can be added , and if it works ?

Is there an update?
I tried programming the button from both mgr and 4760i. Both do not work. I even tried assigning *91 to the park/retrieve function. Same result. It would work when typed in, but not when programmed as a button.

Yeah, i have the same code and tried both the 4760 and mgr, I am having the same problem

I had a patch installed last night and now it's working!!!
The version now reads;
R6.1.1-f2.502-10-a-us-c80s1
Steveo: contact your alcatel people and tell them you want this patch applied.

cavagnaro, you are correct...there are some things not working!!!
Sometimes I wonder about this system...perhaps I should have stayed with Nortel...lol
