If i am not wrong this is for a contact-center with some 8-10 ISDN T2?? are these trunks from the same service provider??. as the sync priority with different operator should be different which is provided by the Telecom operator.

The ISDN T2 in question are coming from the same service provider but from different locations.

Hi Lalit,

Please check if its from two different systems then the sync priority should be different which must be provided by the service provider itself which then you need to manage in the board configuration.
I think the operator is using Nortel-Meridian at his side!!
Ideally we configure the ISDN as "ISDN all countries" but in this case only it was managed as "ISDN France".
by default this protocol has some minor variation for dialing.

I think it would be better if you ask the operator and configure your system in "ISDN all countries" as "ISDN France" is a country specific protocol which you are using for a different country.
