In PBX management exist item "External callback translation" (tranclator/ external dialing plan/ external callback translation).
In this place customer need to create something (f.e. string DEF-0 - basic number=DEF, delete=0).

Without management in this item PBX will not show CLI (exist or absent - doesn't matter).\

And please - not post the same questions in many place.
