I wanted to restart the CMISD service this night but then i got a call last evening from our Alcatel partner and he said that they found a solution and that i could work again with the 4760. On my question what they did or changed the said that they "restarted some serices on the server and changed some passwords", then I asked him if they restarted the CMISD and he just ask from where i knew that

Thanks again for your help here, I will check this forum now regulary, seems to be a very good source for technical Alcatel questions and talks.

normaly you get this error if you have setup secure access on cmis.

see TC0734.

to reset the access in pbx
- put MAO off.
- Launch multitool SECURITY_ACCESS.
- Select option 10: Security access reinitialization.
- put back MAO on.

in 4760 uncheck the cmis secure access on the connection tab.

dhs3init didn´t work.
Alcatel did the following, after that it works.

MAO was on -> MAO is off
(1)xa000001> multitool SECURITY_ACCESS
