If external callback translation table not working (strange, may be you have another string with basic number=B?) - you need to play with Translator/Network routing table.
Manage remote network in TG. For selected network - manage network routing table - item Incoming identification prefix - add # (you will have number 7512 for local calls and #7512 for calls from Avaya).
