Hello Vad,
Thank you for showing me how to break the problem down.
I never occurred to me to simply key the string into the phone and test it (I blame my back ground in programming)
The issue was 1944 had no right to forward, PNC was 2 changed it to 5 *Slaps head* & the Phone Feature COS was 0 change it to 1 *slaps head again* and the forward worked.
