I just recently test with ACTIS 11.2.0. Go to Applications --> Attendant (I am traslating from spanish, I don´t know if this are the exactly words). Then, where you have the PC for each application (for example: CCS, CCA Server, 4059, ...), in the column PC, double click over PC-01 (for example). There you shuld have the option to deselect the PC.
If you whant to deselect the PC for the 4059, take into account that Alcatel only gives support for certain type of PC (some models of HP and others that I don´t remember). Read technical communication about this. Regards.

I was using 11.2.0, I can't remember the error and am now on 11.3.0. Not an issue anymore, we sold them a standard 4059 anyways. I will try in 11.3 and see if I have the same problem.

They have fixed this in 11.3. By default you get no pc, but have option to add it.

Yeah, they jacked up the catalogue database, so now every order we send in to AL, the numbers don't match. Then they sent out a new database that just made problems worse
Fixing one problem with another, I guess I should be use to this by now
