Hi guys, it's ok now. I change Entities value to Allow Overflow... and it worked. But another issue is, when I make call by Overflow, only first Internal number can receive the call, even I press number of second or third one. If I make 1st internal number busy, I can't make call anymore. I already set DID as below:

x
x Node Number (reserved) : 1
x Instance (reserved) : 1
x Instance (reserved) : 1
x DID num. transl. identifier : 2
x First External Number : 3511111
x
x First Internal Number : 1001
x Range Size : 100
x Unique Internal Number + NO

Any ideas?

Thanks
