Check firewall rules for that GA board. Maybe firewall or routing was done only for GD ip address

Yes, GD and GA boards are in the same subnet, both are connected to SLANX16 board. i also have a problem like this . when i have swicth on ga2 card, old alcatel digital phones(4035,4020) does not have hear any voice for both ends when in a external call. but internal call is ok. when ga2 is switched off voice can hear for both ends for external call.

Did you tried to replace the board?
Do you have the appropriate IP configuration (same as on the GD)?

yes. its on same ip range, same subnet range, same gateway as GD

So Shuyb what compressor board is on the GA? what compressors have been assigned under the board settings? What version of software are you running?

mada3 board. its 12/12. software version: R11.1

so run a compvisu x x and see if when you make the call it is using the GA when it is service, in the past ALU had a issue with a patch causing this exact same issue, what is the full version of 11.1 ??
