Hello,
The solution with abreviated number works.
I have a prefix "#20" with the "local feature" "Voice Mail Deposit", then I have a direct abbreviated number prefix "20" with "#20" as "Call Number".
When I made my first test, it works, and I thought it was ok, but it wasn't.
I made my tests like that :
local phone 6043 calls 6188 (external IVR, connected with a SIP trunk)
external IVR stream a sound file, then transfer the call with a REFER SIP command to 206042,the voicemail of user "6042".
Then I have tested with external call :
I've redirected a DDI to 6188 (IVR), then I've called this DDI with my mobile phone.
I heard the sound file, then the transfer to the voicemail failed.
So I tried to redirect directly my DDI to 206042 (the voicemail), and I figured out that it didn't work either.
So, here is my new question : is there a way to access a local feature, such as "Voice Mail Deposit" by calling a DDI ?
Thanks,
Joris

Hello,
Nobody has an idea about my problem ?
The goal I try to achieve is this one : I want dial a number to access directly the voicemail deposit menu, just as when the user's not answering, but without ringing his phoneset.
And I need that number to be accessible from local users, and from outside callers (via DDI for example).
I'm pretty sure there is a option somewhere to do that, there is options for almost everything in OXE, but I didn't found it yet
Thanks,
Joris

posted it allready...
Create 2 multiline Keys with different Numbers. Forward only the secondary line to voicemail.
not elegant and also user has a right to delete the forward... but it must work.
Regards. . .
