Reboot of the INTIPs and Call server was performed when applying the encryption configuration?

Yes, I've rebooted the OXE and INTIPs after applying the encryption.

The encryption should be validated already.
This could be the situation when the garbled voice stream occurs.
You have try to dissconnect and reconnect the INTIP boards in the working system.

If I remember right I saw this also in the past. In my case soft reboot of the INTIP did the trick...

Hi Guys,

I did a reset of the INTIP board (hardware & software) but the issue still remains. I plan to upgrade the OXE to R10.1.1. The current release is R10.1 j2.501.23.

The OXE release where the encryption works properly at a firm in Hungary:

Delivery software version : j2.603 ;
Patch version : 22 ;
Encryption patch version : j2.603.22 ;
Software Version Name : R10.1.1 ;

Another queston.
Does the garbled voice flow occur during the real conversation or is it on the voice logger only (saved voice sample)?

Hi Aquarius,

Thanks for the info. I will upgrade to the OXE to the same Release you have mentioned. The garbled voice recording is only on the voice logger side. No problem on the real conversation.

Do a wireshark capture from:
1. Logger Record Server
2. OXE traffic directly (port mirror)

See if you have also that distorsion on any of those points
