I sure have to do it, because CPU A's OPS is protected by SW key, and CPU B's OPS is protected by a physical HW key.
But i am considering a txt backup from elements to elements, and a manual restoration, but it is exhausting...

i don't know if it's possible in your case ,may be licence moving option can be requested from your resseller
