The set in/out service prefix is different for almost every country, but there is a default one in the OXE database for the country.
For Australia it's probably the #05 mentioned by Murraya.
If this isn't working, your system administrator can look it up in the OXE.
It also depends on the rights you have on the set if you will be able to use the prefix.
