the numbering 2000 is an extension of the SipServer.

I will try to declare the sip trunk as public.

Regards.
Sorry I meant 6004 (extension in OXO). settings are also for OXO.
Of course in Genesys this must be a trunk.

The 6XXX are IP Touch 4018 series

I tried the sip trunk as public and the results is the same. the INVITE sends E2000@remotegatewayIP.

Try with noteworthy VipPuNua and EXNUVOFoi and check canonical format configured in OXO.
I did not ask the type of set, just if it is configured in one of the attendant groups.

Still with the SIP trunk as private try the following in the ARS table

Mouse Right click => [x] Opt. Parameters

Calling = priv
Called/PP = priv

I prefer not to have issues, that is why I am asking others about connection before offering to customer.

Ohhh ok hehe but should be possible anyway. If you ever do a lab let us know to help. I don't work with OXO but would like to see it done.

Hi luis.molinas

Did you get OXO <=SIP=> Genesys working?

I would let SIP trunk as private, in ARS --> called ISVPN as hom and gateway parameters as blank. As it is a trunk to trunk connection between OXO and Genesys (at least what I understand) , gateway parameters is not necessary in this case.

It is necessary to check why OXO is sending the letter E before the number 2000 on the invite. OXO is taking this from some place, and Genesys answers 404 not found because there is no E2000 at Genesys.
