thanks, I'll contact him then should I raise SR for the record software or also from the channel manager?
Monday I have to present this product to a new customer and I have some queries:
- Be recorded on the same server IP and digital attachments? that is, one server can be connected by DR-LINK and IPLink at once??? or server is required for each type of bond??
- As regards the licensing? by user or channel?
