Load GD binaries, NOT close PC Installer!!! Wait GD start (eMG login), enter IP parameters (with mgconfig command), when GD after reboot will be in service - close PC Installer application.

I already had similar issue.
When the card start i had only the BIOS menu, i didn't strike Ctrl+B but the BIOS print up himself on my consol.
After LOLA or BIOS flash the card wont startup and reboot again and again.
i never see the boot process or dhcp process.
I had to make a RMA :/ (according ALU support)

If the DIL switches are OK, there may be another Problem:
ALIZE informations :
Memory Detected : 131072 Ko
Flash Detected
Memory Detected KO?
You may have a faulty NAND Memory on your GD2 Board...
