Auto Attendent Issue

Guys you need to manage the VM Units, the ports in the VM hunt group they need to be allowed to join incoming to incoming, to outgoing to outgoing etc this and the above reg hacks above are the only way I have got this to work. I have it running on about 5 sites in various flavours...wait till you transfer off premise !!! WOOHOO!!

Thanks for the anticipation. I got the licenses and my AA is in Opened state now. The problem is that When I call from outside, I listen the default music on hold and then call is automatically transferred to Operator Console. I am unable to press 0 for the operator or desired extension, it makes no effect on music. AAGrDialing and AAGrTransf are set to 001 (noticed Rel: X in AAGrDialing).

Please help me asap as I am stuck on site.

Thanks... i've made this change and works... =) with this noteworthy change isn´t necessary put on the diversion on busy in the dynamic routing..
