Thank but i read already hpw to do it.
This is normally what i did for my installations.
Start you OMC -> system mics -> Others Label -> TimDurati ( change the value as bolded...
012 000 XXX 000 010 000 040 000
The bold value is the flash hook timing for Single line extensions .
The value is equal to
xxx multiply 8 = flash timing
If you have 600 flash timing phones, then should be
600 / 8 = 075 ---- where XXX is equal ti 075.
after changes, click on modify and then write.
Then reboot your system by ....
omc -> system mics -> system reset -> "click on the "warm reset" and use "Immediately" and click on "Reset".
It works.

I tried already to change it to 100
100/8= 37.5 << that's the value of 100ms
so 012 000 XXX 000 010 000 040 000.
but i round it of to 38. but sadly it was not working on mine.
