Think twice before using the cuser command!
Of course if you know what you are doing it can be a great 'tool', but you can also corrupt your database with it!

If you don´t have any real overflows (analog or sinle-line set) next to the attendant: create a Z-set 255/255/255 with a weird number like D4711 and manage it as overflow directory number in all entities without a real overflow. This easily ensures the correct routing even if a call hits the wall and prevents inconsistency errors.
We had times when Alcatel support dialled in the systems in order to investigate problems, they closed those service-requests because these rules were not OK.

You can try to ask for the incident description to get an idea also.

Code: Select all

OXE> incinfo GEA 4116

INCIDENT NUMBER: 4116
Network indicator: Alcatel 4400
OBJECT CLASS: Dhs3x_node
EVENT TYPE: ProcessingErrorAlarm (10)
PROBABLE CAUSE: Unknown (0)
SEVERITY: Major

"appli P1 : VG submsg P2, file P3 has an invalid content"
"P1 : Number of the application emitting the incident"
"P2 : VG sub-message number"
"P3 : File fichier"
"File with invalid content"
"File not read"
"From MAO (object "Custom Vocal Guides"),"
"do the action "Remove_All_Invalid_File_From_Database"";
