Re: Not Able To Take Backup
So...user is with some password. Ask your OXE manager to provide or change it.

Re: Not Able To Take Backup
Hi,
I m able to login in the OXE system by same login & password.
But when i m trying with "ftp commander" to connect the system, to take the backup then its showing "incorrect login".
I suspect ftp server services has blocked from the OXE system.
Br,
Obaid

Re: Not Able To Take Backup
Can you do a normal ftp?
Try to telnet to port 21 or check if your OXE has security enabled on which case you need to use TFTP instead

Re: Not Able To Take Backup
Copy the "ftpaccess" file from a working system (OXE : cd /etc...dir) and place it in your system. "ftpaccess" file is available in directory /etc/
