TSC IP USERS relation with LICENSES

Hello:

I have a question about the relation on users/agents/licenses that use an IP.

On our system there are 75 IP users licenses + 10 CCD agents:
176 M Advanced IP users = 13/ 75
317 M Standard IP users = 62/ 0
76 M CCD Agents = 10

Total = 85

Checking mgr->users->descend hierarchy->TSC IP users : there are 88 instances TSC IP users.
Into this count (TSC IP instances) are included: advanced IP users, standard IP users... CCD agents? anything more?

i think you can create more agents than 10 , but onl 10 can login at the saem time... how many agents are there?

There are 13 agents created but just 10 can be logged.
