Names that appears on the extensions but cannot be found in

hmm, lots of errors there :(

pgre ones are to do with remote processing groups i think, the entity ones should be fixed too, night destinations or routing overflow number required, the vgmespos are something to do with voice guides, not too sure what it i s acomplaining about there.

Nothing really that points to your problem there though.

Ok, try to do a database consolidation.
I am not sure this is going to work, but give it a shot.
By the way, did you try to reboot the PBX ? (total shutown)

This is in a case of a bad translation of the DB.
I think it is not your case, but give it a shot.
Try after that

Backup the database
Stop the phone application
do a 'cdmao' then 'delete -f *.idx'
then 'fichges recover' to rebuild the index of database, restart the PBX, and tell us what's going on ..
