Software Upgrade on OXE

Our OXE is running a very old version of software. I was wondering what the best way is to get this upgraded to a more recent release

Can I do the software upgrade myself if I already have an ESS OBDII cable? Or do I need to visit you?

from that release to newest one R 12.2 lots of method/way and hardware has been involved
db translation via temporarly release , u have to make transition
no more pc installe i think ....
if ure well trained why not ? otherwise ask ur bp
