Set an hold message on extenstion

hi all,

I hope I am in the right forum
I have an extension number that needs to have "on hold message" so when callers are waiting they can here something like :your call is in the queue .... etc"
we have omnivista pcx (8770) and the device is IPTouch 4028/8028

Hi, I think that is not possible unless you have something like call center application.

Hold while ringing or hold once already answered? As said, while ringing or before is a CallCenter feature.
