Delete - Set not Idle try later

Post by eo01mm »

Hi

I am having problems deleting a user. I have set it to be '255' try to force delete and I get the error.

OBJECT -1: ATTRIBUTE 0: Set not idle: try later

Is there a way to remove this from the database as I do not want to restore to a previous backup as I will loose a number of changes.

Thanks

Mike

Have you done a system reboot? Or if duplicated system, a bascul? That might help.

Many thanks for responding

I have rebooted the system but the set remains in the 'not idle state'

I can no longer put it back onto the original port or any other port so have ended up creating a new set and forwarding all calls from the original to the new.

As the force delete does not work is there a way to remove the user from the database.

Hi

I rebooted the system again and was then able to delete the set. The cuser command looked like a scary option so just very happy that this worked.

Many thanks

Next time termstat d (setnumber) and then option 5 or outserv d (setnumber).
