I searched through the forum, asked my friend Google, etc. but I've not had much success in finding relevant info. Is this information listed somewhere?

Should be on Alcatel BPWS, a data guy will provide more accurate information

You can search alerts and sign up to email notifications on OLCS, their on line customer support tool thingy.
