Hi,

I'm new to this forum, so please pardon me if I posted to wrong forum.

I urgently need help on our Alcatel Omnipcx

I'm newly appointed as service engineer in company and they have Alcatel Lucent Omnipcx Medium system installed. Now, we need to change couple of extension numbers as well as the Direct numbers as they have changed the seating arrangements recently.

So, I downloaded OMC920 11.1a software from internet and by using cross LAN cable for IP 192.168.92.246, im trying to connect to pbx but somehow none of the default passwords are working.
I just googled and found this software. I'm not sure if this is the correct management software and if yes, I need to know the password to connect to the system

Any help will be highly appreciated

Hello,

Omc is the correct tool but It is better for you and your company to search for an alcatel partner.
If you dont have the passwords you need to make LOLA to the system and request the licence from alcatel or let alcatel to login to your system to reset your password .

Even if you had the password is not so easy to manage it if there is no expirience on it.
