4059 operator console "insufficient rights"

Good Day!

Just getting problem with accessing our Voice mail using the operators console.(4059 IP)
When we try to access the voicemail hunting group ( ** )using it shows "insufficient rights"
And there is no problem when I use ordinary local phone to access the VM hunting group.
