Forbid Conference for Attendant

Is there a way to forbid the Attendant from setting up a 3 way conference? This can be done for normal users through the Telephone Facility Category but I cannot find a way to forbid this on an Attendant Console.

of corse you can, but i'm not sure it can affect all users i think you have to check cos of user and fature is forbidden or not ofr him with this parameter checked /or unchecked

I think - no. But (just for my understanding) why you need this? Attendant - usually privilege user in system (f.e. can update phone COS for another user, can dial external number for someone) but with forbidden 3 party conference.
