Boards (CS-2 ,GD3 ) restart when I connect consol cable

HI

When I jack in on the config port the board (CS or GD)stop and restart immediately .
I try two consol cables , two PCs. and face this with two CS2 , and two GD-3 at the same PBX
note: this OXE istalled in Cement Factory , and there is a Heavy layer of dust on it.!!!

Check OXE power grounding, also connect laptop to normal power supply before connecting.

Try to connect cable first and after - swith on PC.

I battled with this problem but i was able to sort it eventually. The problem was my laptop, after trying with the desktop PC it worked.
